Traffic Analytics

1. Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard shows key metrics at a glance:

• Requests/second graph — Real-time traffic volume over time
• Total requests today — Aggregate request count
• Blocked requests count — Number of requests blocked by firewall or challenges
• Challenge pass rate — Percentage of challenged requests that passed
• Top countries — Geographic distribution of traffic
• Top blocked IPs — IPs with the highest block counts

2. Real-time Traffic Feed

A live auto-refreshing feed of individual requests. Each stored event includes:

• Timestamp
• IP address
• Country code
• ASN
• HTTP method and path
• Status code
• Action (ALLOW or BLOCK)
• User agent
• Bytes transferred
• Matched rule ID (if any)

Filter by action, country, or IP to narrow results. The live feed pulls directly from the edge proxy for real-time visibility.

3. Analytics Views

Multiple time ranges available (1h, 24h, 7d, 30d) with:

• Allowed vs. blocked totals — Aggregate counts per time range
• Country breakdown — Top 50 countries with allowed/blocked/total per country
• Bandwidth tracking — Bytes transferred bucketed by time period
• Blocked IP aggregation — Top 200 blocked IPs with request counts, country, ASN, and last-seen timestamp
• Time series — Allowed/blocked counts per time bucket for graphing

4. Historical Logs

Query logs by date range, status, IP, or country. Export as CSV for compliance. Retention varies by plan:

• Starter: 7 days
• Pro: 30 days
• Business: 90 days

5. Traffic Summary

The summary endpoint provides allowed and blocked counts for any given hour range. Useful for quick status checks and dashboard widgets.

6. Admin Traffic Export

Admins can export traffic data as CSV for compliance or external analysis. The admin traffic overview provides cross-domain analytics and time-series data across all protected domains.
