Billing & WHMCS

Manage subscriptions, view billing records, and configure WHMCS integration for automated provisioning.

1. Plans and Subscriptions

Three plans: Starter (₹2,500/mo), Professional (₹8,000/mo), Business (₹15,000/mo). Each plan sets domain limits and feature access. Upgrade/downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately.

2. Billing Records

View invoices and payment history in Settings → Billing. Each record shows: amount, plan, period, status (paid/pending/overdue).

3. WHMCS Integration

For hosting providers using WHMCS. CloShield accepts WHMCS webhook events for: plan activation, plan suspension, plan termination, plan upgrades. Configuration: set WHMCS webhook URL in admin panel, configure product mapping (WHMCS product → CloShield plan), set shared secret for webhook signature verification.

4. Webhook Events

activate — Creates user account and assigns plan.
suspend — Pauses all domains under the account.
terminate — Soft-deletes account and domains.
upgrade — Changes plan tier and adjusts domain limits.

5. Payment Methods

Bank transfer, UPI, international wire. Contact sales for custom billing arrangements. No credit card processing built-in — handled through WHMCS or manual invoicing.
